1. Introduction

Welcome to Nfluenz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Terms for Brands

By creating and publishing a campaign on Nfluenz, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment: Campaign payments are due upon publishing. You are responsible for providing the funds as per the budget you set.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Once a brand campaign is published and made live on the platform, the payment made for the campaign is strictly non-refundable.
• Approvals: You are responsible for reviewing and approving the deliverables submitted by influencers in a timely manner. Payment to the influencer is contingent on your approval.

4. Terms for Influencers

By applying to and participating in campaigns on Nfluenz, you agree to the following terms:

• Deliverables: You must submit all required campaign deliverables by the specified deadlines and according to the brand's guidelines.
• Payment Release: Your payment for a brand deal will be released only after you have submitted all deliverables and the brand has formally approved them through the Nfluenz platform.
• Commission: Nfluenz will deduct a service commission of 15% to 20% from your total earnings for each successfully completed brand deal. The exact percentage will be specified in the campaign agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nfluenz and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
